Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:

Job Title: Customer Service Professional

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Pay Rate:            $17.00/hr.

Duration: 12 months – Starting 02/11/2019 to 02/10/2020

Hours:                  40 hours per week - 8hr shifts ranging from 8:30am-6:30pm Mon.- Fri

*MUST BE FLEXIBLE FOR ALL SHIFTS*

 

This call center designed to assist wealth management branch personnel, primarily Financial Advisors, develop and enhance client relationships by providing expertise and guidance across the suite of tools and capabilities associated to the Wealth Management Process and financial planning analytics. Specialists support incoming telephone inquiries regarding various products and tools

 

Some of the responsibilities include:

• Provide superior customer service to the branch office network (primary Financial Advisors) via income phone calls and e-mail inquiries

• Conduct research on tool / technical issues

• Provide point-of-call resolution

• Provide assistance with tools and calculators primarily related to investment forecasting and performance reporting

• Facilitate training sessions / tutorials to branch personnel

• Partner with product owners/productivity consultants / technology during tool enhancements / roll-outs

• Support / participate in ad hoc projects and product testing

• Strong verbal, and written communication skills

 

Qualifications:  Must have these skills to be minimally qualified:

• Strong financial planning background, understanding of Global Wealth Investment Management Operations, products, tools, and Merrill Lynch systems.

• Technical adeptness: able to solve technical problems and act as a systems expert.

• Prior experience in the financial industry, as well as customer service experience in a call center environment is required, preferably 2-3 years.

• College background is preferred but not required.
