Customer Service Program Manager

Location: San Jose, CA

Pay: $40-$55/hr

Responsibilities:
● Develop systems and protocols to drive up quality while stripping waste and cost from the operation
● Develop and track pre- and post- initiative performance measurements
● Identify bottlenecks, dependencies, and key decisions points in the support processes
● Understand and work cross-functionally with various internal stakeholders to identify the critical success factors
● Own the development, maintenance and revision of the program, and ensure escalation of any roadblock issues
and follow-up in a timely, committed manner
Minimum Qualifications:
● Bachelor's Degree (In lieu of degree, work experience in relevant field)
● Three years customer support operations experience
● Demonstrated capability with project/process implementations and defining and improving process workflows to
drive standards
● Two years project management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
● Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
● Strong data and analytical skills
