Adecco is seeking 50+ candidates for our Customer Service Team at Shutterfly in Tempe, AZ off 101/Elliott starting October 16. These are seasonal positions.

Pay rate:$15/hr

Shifts: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm or Sunday-Thursday, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:
* Meticulously review and proofread Tiny Prints boutique orders with set standards & procedures while meeting aggressive productivity and accuracy goals.
* Work efficiently within our internal order management system
* Interact daily with customers through phone and email to ensure customer needs are met according to our premium level of service standards. Follow-up with customers regarding outstanding order issues, including personalized text and order detail information.
* Respond to and resolve inbound customer service inquires and issues related to their order via telephone and email.
* Keep up with evolving policies and process improvements.
* Be a team player and always willing to pitch in when needed to delight our customers.
* Take initiative to report issues and take necessary steps to correct errors and inconsistencies to ensure accuracy and print quality of every order.


Qualifications:
* Proficient in English spelling and grammar.
* Proofreading, editing and copywriting experience
* Exceptional attention to detail, ability to catch typos and text inconsistencies
* Excellent customer/client communication experience and skills.
* Previous customer service experience
* Comfortable on the phone with customers
* Ability to write professional emails
* Ability to effectively resolve issues with internal and external customers and systems.
* Ability to meet production goals/quotas while maintaining quality standards.
* Proven success in a fast-paced or goal oriented environment
* High standard for quality and efficiency
* Ability to balance speed/quality without getting flustered
* Experience with order processing a plus.
* Proficient in using web browsers, Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel on a PC environment.
* Ability to learn our complex internal order management system
* Ability to quickly learn new software & systems, and comfortable working within multiple programs at the same time.
* Comfortable with email communication
* Ability to work in a rapidly evolving environment that will require flexibility in responsibilities
