Adecco is assisting an international manufacturing company in their search to identify an Account Specialist for the Customer Service and Inside Sales department at their Reno, NV location. 


Job Title: Account Specialist

Job Summary:

The Account Specialist is responsible for telephone and customer service support to Key Partners and internal customers by obtaining, entering and verifying the accuracy of order information, handling requests and proactively responding to customer needs in a timely and professional manner. The Account Specialist will perform outbound calls and act as an agent for the territory managers, regional sales managers, and/or national account managers to determine product requirements, volume, and contact names for perspective customers. The Account Specialist will maintain customer data in company database to increase efficiency of account management and will continually seek to improve operational performance to meet customer’s needs. The Account Specialist will develop relationships with the inside operational managers at the assigned distributors and will provide outstanding support to distributor’s sales representatives to assist them in representing products.
