Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an exciting Customer Service Rep 2 in KALAMAZOO, Michigan! Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!


POSITION: Customer Service Rep 2
LOCATION: KALAMAZOO, Michigan
HOURS: 8:30AM-5PM
DURATION: 5 months
PAY: $14.92/HR

Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:


Worker will spend 6.5 hours per day on the phones. The other 1.5 is for research needed for calls and breaks.


Candidates will receive a call log each day where they will log all of the information that is provided during their calls.


They will speak to customers about a number of financial products.


6 weeks of training will be provided


Will work with vault and lock box teams


Will work with the manager and multiple team leads


This position is a great foot in the door with the client.


The candidate will learn about a number of financial products that could allow them to advance with the client

Past Exp/Skills:




The more customer service experience on the resume the better. This will separate average candidates from great candidates


The manager has had success with candidates that have worked in customer service settings like Kohl's or other department stores


The manager would not like to see resumes of candidates that hop from job to job every few months

Performance Measures




How many calls were completed successfully and how many were abandoned


Calls are listened to and observed

Interviews: Face to Face
