Job Duration: 3 Months
Shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 PM

Summary: Provide administrative and customer service support to the Supply Nashville Warehouse facility.
Education/Experience. High School Diploma or equivalent required. 3+ years’ experience office setting in a warehouse environment. Shipping/receiving clerk and Customer Service via phone experience is preferred.
Skills and Competencies: Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one’s time. Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Outlook. Warehouse Management System experience required. Oracle experience highly preferred. Associate must be computer literate and comfortable interacting with customers via phone, email, and in-person.
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Receive orders and process through Warehouse Management System. Process damages/return paperwork and shipping paperwork. Assist internal and external customers with status updates, service orders & lookups, service parts returns, factory and freight claims. General office duties such as maintaining records management systems, filing and retrieving corporate documents, records, and reports. Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries. Perform other duties as assigned.

This is in a warehouse environment. Must have excellent PC skills. Previous experience in Oracle or another complex Warehouse Management System. Excellent Customer service and attendance required. Transportation routing experience is a plus. Must have a warehouse shipping & receiving clerk/admin background
