POSITION: Customer Service Rep 3
LOCATION: Pittsburgh, PA
HOURS: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM; M - F
DURATION: 2 months (contract)
PAY: $21.58/hr.

Job Description
Additional Skills:
The client is changing their expense report system from Ariba to concur. These people will be needed to help with inquiries about the new system via phone, via email and the client portal.


Candidates will train on the system before it goes live and be able to answer questions.


Supply chain management is a part of the finance department. Any services besides temporary employees or the client employees is procured through supply chain management.

Typical Day: 8-5 with an hour lunch.

Work Space: Sitting on floor 9 with supply chain in cubes.

Main responsibilities:




Helping the client’s employees navigate the new expense system.


Will go through daily status calls to pick up on trends and get a gauge of how effective the new system is going.




The client’s employees on the supply chain team that will train the reps on how concur works.


Will train 4 weeks before going live. New system goes up 2/20.


Workers will report to a team lead.

Need people who have had this experience before that are comfortable on the phone and dealing with people who are new to using a new system.

Will be measured by how well they are handling inquiries and their interaction with the team.
