POSITION: Customer Service Representative 3

LOCATION: Carrollton, TX

HOURS: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 8:00am-5:00pm

DURATION: 12 months (contract)

Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:     

Responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.

 

Assignment Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customers’ service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

 

The associate is a trusted advisor to customers who identified their needs and helps to resolve parts or equipment issues with sale and timely delivery of quality parts and solutions offerings. They are responsible for processing customer orders and responding to their inquiries, questions or complaints regarding Parts services and finds solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and future sales. They have solid understanding product offerings, achieving sales goals and administer order management processes. Responsibilities: Customer Phone Interaction (80%) Actively engages with phone customers to fully identify needs, respond to inquiries or questions, and offer timely quality solutions. Drives sales by maintaining current knowledge of all portfolio offerings and leverage technical knowledge to provide value propositions to the customer and drive sales Drives sales by identifying related products or add on extensions needs and making customers aware of product promotions and adding lines to parts orders. Determines best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and company adherence to policies. Enters all orders as quotes Parts identification and troubleshooting, beyond OEM parts. Operations (ranges 20%) Executes quote and order management processes with high level of accuracy to expedite the fulfillment process and ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery – entering quotes and invoices and follow through on fulfillment. Completes training as required Understand and execute processes and standard work. Identify new opportunities for process improvements.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5-7 years customer service related experience required
  • Seeking Bilingual- Spanish and English-speaking candidates

 

Skills and Competencies: Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one’s time. Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information. Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software.
