Customer Service Representative – Alpharetta GA


6-8 Months W2 Contract


$17.00 per hour

ON Site interviewing 2300 Lakeview Parkway

( 6 MONTH possibly longer Contract)

Will this request go longer than listed: It’s possible for the contract to be extended
Is there training? If so what is that schedule: Training will be provided M – F from 8am – 5pm
What is the regular working schedule: We offer flex scheduling with start times from 6:30am – 9:30am and end times from 3:30pm – 6:30pm
What skill sets or experience is needed: Just need to be able to file electronic documents, a pensions background would be nice.
Can you provide a brief overview of a normal working day: This person would mainly be responsible for uploading documents to our imaging system and mailing letters created by the time . It’s a possibility that we may have this individual progress to handling more death processing responsibilities. ****


Pensions experience is a plus. This position will be responsible for reviewing death claim letters sent by the BCS Team and loading completed letters to our imaging platform. The roles and responsibilities of this position could extend to working with internal partners to resolve issues related to death processing for annuity contracts. Additionally, this position may require working with special projects as necessary. Candidate needs to be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the pension’s field. Works heavily with Microsoft Word and Excel, and has demonstrated quick learning of proprietary systems. Knowledge of processing journal entries is a plus; this position will handle the escheatment process of death benefits due from a participant’s pension plan. Has excellent research and analytical skills; and is comfortable working within a team. Position requires a high school diploma with 2-4 years of experience in pensions or a related field. A Bachelor's degree in Business is desirable.
