Customer Service Rep

Adecco is seeking a Data Entry Administrator with Customer Service experience to work a 6 month assignment at a large manufacturer in Andover. The position is Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm and the pay is up to $20/hr DOE. 

Responsibilities include:
-    Answer all incoming calls with a positive up-beat attitude, providing the best possible customer service to both internal and external customers.
-    Accurately enter all received orders and communicate any exceptions to customers.
-   Master the MAS500 operating system to enter orders, retrieve customer history, stock status and sales order status.
-  Process Return Material Authorizations and Credits.
-    Maintain account relationships with key decision-makers at dealer accounts.
-    Proof/edit documents as assigned.

If you meet the following requirements, please apply below:
-    1+  years work experience in a order desk, customer service occupation
-   Proven experience dealing with customers and working in a fast paced environment.
-    Strong MS Office knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
