Position Description
The statements listed below are not intended to be all inclusive of the duties and responsibilities of the position. Based on leadership decisions and business needs, �all other duties as assigned� will be expected for each position.

The Role of the Availability Coordinator is to oversee obtaining and managing dates and times provided by MSLA�s network of providers, while meeting MSLA�s contractual requirements.

Primary Responsibilities
� Responsible for reaching out to MSLA�s provider network to obtain scheduling dates and times.
� Ensure provided availability is being utilized.
� Develop and maintain relationships with providers.
� Coordinate with traveling providers to conduct examinations in areas of need.
� Work with Clinic Operations Team to ensure MSLA clinics are approved for utilizing traveling provider schedules.
� Conduct daily checks on scheduled cases that are assigned the pending visit status and worksheet status milestone.
� Place outgoing and receive incoming calls to and from providers.
� Ensure all pertinent information is documented in MSLA database.
� Participates in departmental reporting requirements and ensures all required reports are submitted in a timely manner.
� Inform Exam Operations Supervisor(s) of provider needs to fill location gaps.


Requirements
Required Qualifications:
� High school diploma or equivalent required.
� Minimum 1 year of experience performing customer service related duties.
� Proficient in general computer use and Microsoft Office Suite

Soft Skills:
� Able to follow routine procedures consistently and efficiently.
� Able to work independently, and in conjunction with team members at all levels of the organization.
� Able to understand instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
� Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
� Detail-oriented.
� Organized.
� Adaptable.
� Able to consistently follow through.
� Self-motivated.
