Adecco is assisting a world leader in non-invasive colorectal cancer (CRC) screening technology, in a search for a Customer Service Representative for their Cortland Manor, NY location They have experienced significant growth in the last few years due to our ability to acquire unique technologies and successfully market them.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing effective customer service utilizing in-depth knowledge of company products and programs.

This is a full-time position with a work schedule of 9:00 am – 6:15 pm Monday through Friday with overtime as needed.


Qualifications:

Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years’ customer service experience.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
Must be a team player.
Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
Good voice and diction
Ability to organize, manage multiple priorities and detail oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook






Primary responsibilities include:

Interact with customers and sales reps concerning orders, returns, shipments and products

Process customer orders and/or changes to orders per established company policies and procedures utilizing the company database system

Promote sale of products to customers when processing orders

Work closely with shipping and receiving, purchasing, credit department and technical services to ensure the best quality customer service
Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.

Interface with and support sales representatives

Must have experience handling irate customers in a professional manner

Achieve rapport with customer and work to give customer the best possible service and accuracy
