CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

 

Adecco is currently assisting our Danbury client in their search for a top notch, experienced Customer Service Rep.  Part-time hours.

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Rep include but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide excellent customer service in a professional manner
  • Work in a call center environment but providing that “ultimate” customer service to our high-end clients, dealing with our luxury products
  • Work simultaneously with multiple screens and programs in an efficient manner
  • Deal with problem resolution, with potential for multi-step process
  • Expertly deal with sales reps and clients to complete issue resolution

 

Customer Service Rep candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3 + years exp as a Customer Service position in an office setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be highly organized with ability to prioritize

 

Hours will be 9am – 5:30pm,

 

Days – Wednesdays and Thursdays – also the ability to work full weeks as needed for vacation coverages

 

Pay range will be $17- $18 hr, depending on experience

Potential for Temp-to-Hire for the right candidate.
