Call Center Rep – Web Tech – Dayton, OH

6 months (contract)

Monday – Friday flexible to work between 8am – 11pm

$13.80 / hr.

 

Specific Duties

  • Provide service and information to customers accessing their client policies via the Internet

  • Servicing customers who possess a client policy by responding to requests via telephone and on-line chat

  • Research and respond to requests and discuss options regarding various aspects of the policy and procedures

  • Assist with site access and refer requests for other policy modifications to appropriate areas

  • Simultaneously access and navigate multiple electronic systems and LAN/PC to provide complete response

  • At all times enhance and strengthen relationships between the customer and client

  • Workers are expected to perform these responsibilities in a consistent, professional manner while displaying superior interpersonal and service skills

  • Must possess a pleasant and engaging phone voice and demonstrate a true desire to help people

 

Must Have:

  • High School Diploma / Associates or equivalent experience

  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills and effective navigation capabilities

  • Ability to learn quickly

  • Willingness to obtain functional knowledge and understanding of company products

  • Possess excellent oral & written communication capabilities, superior telephone etiquette, and effective listening skills

  • Ability to comprehend need and clearly communicate with customers

  • Flourish in dynamic and fast-paced environment while promoting a world-class image of client

  • Work in a team setting to improve service to internal and external customers

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task

  • Generate innovative ideas for process improvements and problem-solving

  • Work various shifts within hours of operation

  • Flexibility is a must, as your shift can change to meet business needs

  • Additional hours may be expected if business need requires it

  • Previous Call Center experience preferred
