Customer Service M-F 4PM to 10PM or Sat-Sun 7AM to 5PM. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:Equifax/ID Watchdog provides superior identity theft protection and resolution services to the employee benefits marketplace. Our proprietary technology searches billions of data points to detect changes in the personal identity profiles of each of our members. Equifax/ID Watchdog proactively detects identity theft problems at their source, and Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialists (CITRMS) provide immediate resolution services to ensure complete peace of mind for individuals.
35,000 identities are stolen daily, with a typical victim losing thousands of dollars and spending hundreds of hours to recover their identity. Affordable, high-quality identity theft protection services are in high- demand. Our Company is currently seeking part time Customer Service Representatives to join our team - 30 hours/week. Our call center is 24/7 and is located in downtown Denver.
Bilingual talent a plus
Position duties:
�?� Answering telephone call inquiries.
�?� Assisting customers in completing their enrollment and activation process.
�?� Researching and resolving issues to drive customer retention and satisfaction.
�?� Promoting organization's products and services.
�?� Outbound call campaigns.
�?� Light clerical work.
Requirements:
�?� Must pass extensive criminal background check (no misdemeanors/felonies) and drug test.
�?� High School Diploma (college degree a plus)
�?� Call center experience
�?� 3 years or more previous customer service experience
�?� Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
�?� Typing skills 30 WPM
