Primary Responsibilities:
Respond to provider email inquiries
Requires the ability to piece together information from different sources to resolve complex claims issues.
Shift Start/End Time: 8:30-5 M-F
Pay: $17/hr

Strong Customer Service experience required - Call Center experience highly preferred.

We're looking for Problem Solvers, someone who can think on their feet and be able to answer caller questions by using information from multiple sources to find the right answer.

Seeking agents with strong attendance record. Position likely to convert to permanent employee by February, provided strong performance.
