Customer Service Rep


We are searching for a Customer Service Rep for our client in Hanover Park IL!  You will be working closely with the Financial team to assist with customer needs and resolving billing issues/questions.  Apply now for instant consideration!


Responsibilities for Customer Service Rep jobs include:

  • Answering phones
  • Helping resolve customer questions/issues over the phone and email
  • Assisting the Financial department with clerical needs (data entry, resolving issues, etc.)


Required Qualifications:

  • You MUST be able to talk professionally on the phone with customers.
  • Microsoft Office proficient.  Must be comfortable doing data entry.
  • You MUST be detail-oriented.  You area helping customers make sure their orders and billing is correct!
  • You must have previous Customer Service experience.
  • Previous experience working in Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable is a plus


The starting pay rate for the Customer Service Rep job is $16/hr.  This position is temp-to-hire.


Hours for this position are as follows: 9am – 5pm, Monday - Friday.
