Customer Service Rep

The PIT Team Member will be responsible for follow up and tracking of compressor related pending repairs to ensure that these repairs are completed in a timely manner. In doing so, the PIT Member will need to contact service centers as well as communicating with customers. Will also need to be able to work different tasks as required by mgmt. Responsibilities and Duties Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detailed oriented Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Ability to work in a fastpaced environment Ability to work overtime when required (with advance notice) Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel Basic computer skills Position Description: Please Provide A List of Position Requirements Microsoft Office knowledge Customer service experience Call Center experience
