POSITION: Customer Service Rep
LOCATION: Doral, FL
HOURS: Mon- Fri 9:00am to 6:00pm
DURATION: 3 months (contract)

SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Sales job family merchandises, promotes and sells the company's products and services to customers. General areas of responsibility include developing and implementing sales strategies; identifying potential customers; managing existing customer and vendor relationships; and monitoring customer and competitor activity and industry trends. Positions in customer service are responsible for customer service activities including telephone and email.
AREAS OF IMPACT:
Delivers job responsibilities following a defined standard output or set of procedures. Work consists of tasks that are very routine, or well defined, with specific instructions to achieve standardized solutions.
PROBLEM SOLVING:
Problems and issues faced are routine and solutions are clear. Follows a well-established and familiar set of job activities and/or job process to solve a problem.
JOB DUTIES:
Answer customer questions about products, prices and availability.
Accurately quote product and delivery pricing, including a delivery date.
Notate every interaction with customer in CRM and memos within each order.
All emails, phone calls and memos should be responded to ASAP and no more than 24 hours later.
Order Management Log (OML) should be updated on a regular basis throughout the day.
Provide excellent customer service to customers via the phone including, but not limited to, price verifications, exchanges and returns, and special orders.
Communicate customer suggestions for enhancements.
May respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff.
Provide assistance to other associates as necessary.
Participates in associate meetings and communicates any concerns to management.
ADDITIONAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Adhering to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures.
Performing other duties or functions as requested by management.
