Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:
Job Title: Customer Service Rep III
Shift: Mon-Fri, 40 hrs.
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Pay Rate: $15.00/hr.

Description/Requirements

Responsible for the day-to-day resolution of complex problems and escalated client complaints regarding Private Bank (PB) client trust, investment, deposit and credit products, policies and procedures.
Provide value added advice and recommend solutions to clients and associates.
Ensure all customer complaints are resolved to customer's valid requirements, within corporate policy guidelines, and in compliance with all federal and state regulations, policies and requirements.
Responsible to stay abreast of new product developments, process enhancements and regulatory changes impacting PB's products and services.
Responsible for providing efficient, courteous service to inquiries and requests from internal associates and external clients.
Act as liaison between PB and other business partners and subsidiaries to ensure that high quality and comprehensive client service is provided to PB clients in accordance with defined parameters.
Client service includes client calls, transaction processing, inquiry response/research, account maintenance and analyzing customer questions, requests and problems.
Approve or decline ASAP transactions for branch office clients requesting to transact control/restricted securities.
Research client and Security Issuers.
Work closely with financial advisors (FA), client associates (CA), and branch office management as well as various areas within Bank such as Legal, Lending, Specialized Securities Processing.
Assist the branch office FA/CA with any questions regarding transaction request.
Participates in projects and process improvement initiatives as requested by leadership.
Proficient computer skills and web navigation including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), etc.
Excellent communication and written skills and the ability to interface with senior management, senior legal counsel, financial advisors, trading areas and other ML areas to resolve issues.
Ability to work effectively with financial advisors and legal counsels for the resolution of identified problems while ensuring strict compliance with complex regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Positive attitude, strong work ethic and team player

Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
