Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Customer Service Representative position in Montgomery, NY. The Customer Service position is a temp to go permanent opportunity!

This job requires candidates to manage a high volume of outbound calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns, identify and resolve complaints, this is your chance to be creative in finding solutions, using a computer system to track customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken within a warehouse environment.

* Managing a high volume of calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns

* Arrange shipments by examining destination, route, rate, and delivery time.

* Using a computer system to track customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken

* Verifying merchandise shipped by matching BOL and noting discrepancies.
