Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill several Customer Service Representatives positions in Ontario, CA! This is a long term opportunity for the right person. Specific Duties:
1. Functions as liaison between member, physician, health plan, and IPA staff
2. Receives and records customer concerns via phone. Acts to resolve concerns in accordance for corporate guidelines and standards for all areas of claims, authorizations and IPA functionality.
3. Log issues into the Customer Service Tracking database that require resolution and/or follow-up.
4. Maintain minimum standards for the department for quality and quantity of calls received
5. Plan and organize workload to ensure efficient and timely resolution of issues.

Must have qualifications/experience:
1. Minimum of one to two years’ experience in Medicare and HMO environment
2. Minimum of one year of previous customer service experience
3. PC proficient in a windows environment to include Microsoft word, Outlook and Excel
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Ability to retain composure in stressful situations

Shift Start/End Time: 8:00am - 4:30p
