Customer Service Rep – Part Time

Adecco is currently assisting our Bethel client in their search for an experienced Customer Service Rep for a part-time, Direct Hire, position.

Responsibilities for the part-time Customer Service Rep include but are not limited to the following:
• Provide excellent customer service in a professional manner
• Take and process orders via the phone, fax, and internet
• Process detailed paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
• Heavy data entry into Peachtree

Customer Service Rep candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 3 + years exp as a doing customer service in an office setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have fast and accurate data entry skills
• Knowledge of Peachtree software or similar is helpful but not required
• Must be highly organized with ability to prioritize
• Ability to work in a small office in a team environment

Part-time hours will be 1pm – 5pm. (occasionally 12pm – 5pm)

Excellent pay depending on experience.
