Title: Customer Service Rep
Pay: $16.00$ Hourly
Duration:Long term
Location: Plymouth Plymouth MA


Areas of focus:








Training will start on 4/29/19- 5/06/19 and the hours for training are 8:30 to 5PM CST for 6 weeks and then hours could change to as late as 10:30AM to 7PM CST.

Responsible for interfacing with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. Determines status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, delivery schedules, etc. May schedule field service repair calls. Handles requests for additional company materials. Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes, product pricing & resolves return credit problems. Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required. Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments.

1-2 years of customer service experience preferred, diploma or GED required, problem solving and phone etiquette, good verbal and written communication
