LOCATION: Port ST. Lucie, FL
DURATION: 4 month - Temp to Hire
PAY: 12/hr
Hours: Part Time - 20 hours per week - Open availability required from 7am to 8pm (M-F).

Position Summary
Responsible for providing 1st class customer service to our patients by treating them with courtesy and respect.

• Answering inbound calls and placing outbound calls to update patient demographics, schedule appointments, order supplies, physician referrals, prescription refills, collection of payment, and answer general questions.
• Conducting outbound calls to patients and physician offices
• Answering patient inquiries, using multiple system resources to research and resolve various issues.
• Scheduling patients for appointments with physician office(s) following physician specific requirements
• Updating patient accounts as necessary
• Building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and patients
• Providing reports to management staff regarding daily activities, process improvements, etc.
• Other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• Healthcare and/or insurance billing or processing experience preferred
• Customer Service experience preferred
• 1 – 3 years of work experience preferred
• Bilingual (Russian or Spanish and English) preferred but not required.
• Ability to type 30+ WPM
• Ability to navigate multiple various computer systems
• Ability to work in an environment with little supervision needed
• Ability to use Microsoft office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work in a moderately noisy, fast pace and changing environment
• Effective/Clear verbal and writing communication skills
• Excellent Attention to Detail
• Effective Active Listening Skills
• Schedule Flexibility
• Organized
• Friendly, team-player
• Patient
