 Adecco is currently helping a premier client in Sarasota look for an Customer Service Representative  This temporary possible perm person will assist the CSR¿s in many of the time-consuming administrative tasks they do daily. Primary responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate person / department  Open Salesforce (CRM) cases based on conversation with customer (identifying customer name, asset number and documenting reported issue.) Direct the call to appropriate person or queue.  Coordinate parts orders for shipment to technicians and/or customers. This will include ensuring all parts on the Sales Order are included as well secondary operations, such as programming or configuration has been completed. Work with Production Planner on cases needing parts, ensuring the latest commitment and delivery dates are documented. Report customer impact issues to CSR and CSR Group Leader. Follow up with customers and technicians on Return Material cases to ensure parts are returned in a timely manner (phone and email).  Open Installation and Preventative Maintenance cases for customers. Send pre-install and pre-PM checklists to customers.  Follow up with customers on potential dates for upcoming installation or service. Knowledge and Skill Requirements:  Highschool Diploma or GED  2-5 years Job-Related Experience  Professional, positive attitude and interpersonal savvy  Customer Centric and geared towards problem solving  Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain composed under stress  Detail oriented  Computer literate; Experience in database administration/CRM preferred Strong writing and communication skills. French Speaking is a bonus.
