Customer Service Rep

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill Customer Service Representative– Intermediate in Schaumburg IL! Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!


Specific Duties:
1.Provide outstanding customer service to all inbound / outbound calls
2. Schedule pharmacist consultation appointments with members that participate in any of the clinical programs operationally supported by the Clinical Engagement Services Center
3. Report PHI related incidents in a timely manner and in accordance with HIPAA requirements
4. Collaborate in various department meetings and forums to enhance processes and share tips to increase workflow efficiency
5. Perform miscellaneous auxiliary functions essential to the efficient operation of the department
6. Other duties as assigned by Operations Team Manager

Must have qualifications/experience:
1.2+ years of call center experience taking inbound and/or making outbound calls
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
3. Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
4. Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
5.Ability to interact cross functionally within the organization
6. Willing to work flexible hours in a fast paced environment

Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• 2+ years of call center experience taking inbound and/or making outbound calls
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly motivated and self-directed
• Ability to interact cross functionally within the organization
• Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
• Willing to work flexible hours in a fast paced environment
Preferred
• 1+ years of pharmacy related experience (includes retail pharmacy experience)
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred but no required
• State of Illinois Pharmacy Technician License preferred but not required
• Fluent in Spanish - preferred not required
• Previous Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience

Shift Start/End Time: 8am - 4:30 pm and M-F with one of the shifts being 11:30-8pm and that would be starting the 2nd week of the assignment.
