Summary:

40% data - 60% phone, these percentage will flip beginning of Summer

this is part-time, 24 hours per week, 1 contractor will work Mon-Wed

the 2nd will work Wed-Fri

Specific Duties:
1. Validate database information: Federal Agency data
2 Compile Open Season Benefit Fair data into database
3. Contacting Federal Agencies to resolve questions, inconsistencies or missing data.

Must have qualifications/experience:
1. Data entry
2. Excel
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills
phone skills required


Shift Start/End Time: 8:00 am/4:00 pm

Dress Code: business casual

Contacting party of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies or missing data.



The purpose of this position is to process requests for data by adding and correcting entries into the Federal Programs database. Responsibilities include the following: Keeping track of received data and source documents. Contacting Federal Agencies to resolve questions, inconsistencies or missing data. Compiling, sorting, interpreting and verifying data to be entered. Enters alphabetic, numeric data for source documents into a computer following the format displayed on the screen. May review error reports and enter corrections into computer. File and route source documents after entry as appropriate. Respond to inquires regarding entered data.
