Adecco Group is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative for our corporate Financial Services client.

Position: Senior Customer Service Representative
Pay rate: $18.72
Length: 6+ months W2 contract
Location: Dayton OH


Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide service and information to customers accessing their client policies via the Internet
Servicing customers who possess a client policy by responding to requests via telephone and on-line chat
Research and respond to requests and discuss options regarding various aspects of the policy and procedures
Assist with site access and refer requests for other policy modifications to appropriate areas
Simultaneously access and navigate multiple electronic systems and LAN/PC to provide complete response

Required qualifications:

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
5+ years of experience in the field or related area of expertise
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
Typically reports to a supervisor or manager

**Must be eligible to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship / NO corp to corp or 3rd party contracting arrangement / Adecco W2 only and not require relocation assistance.
