Customer Service Rep - Senior

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill Customer Service Rep – Senior Boston MA or Eden Prairie, MN!

*** Candidates can be located in either Boston, MA or Eden Prairie, MN.

Job consists of receiving inbound calls and emails from providers, making outbound educational calls for training purposes on billing, prior authorizations, and enrollment and revalidation.

IDEAL BACKGROUND: Healthcare customer service background would be ideal. Any customer service in a high call volume position is a plus also.

TOP REQUIREMENTS: High school education or equivalent, healthcare customer service experience, and Microsoft Office experience.

*** What experience will set candidates apart from one another? A positive work first attitude without worrying about “what’s in it for them.?

SOFT SKILLS: Ability to function in an environment with a lot of change. Ability to interact with all levels of an organization.

Specific Duties:
1. Provide telephonic customer service
2. Resolve caller inquiries timely and professionally
3. Other work as assigned

Must have qualifications/experience:
1. High school education
2. 2 years customer service experience in high volume environment
3. Medical terminology knowledge
4. Microsoft Office experience

Shift Start/End Time: 8:30 AM CT through 5:00 PM CT
