This role will analyze results from Data Mining algorithms to identify overpaid claims by researching the operating system, provider contracts, payment policies, etc.

The contractors will be calling the Medicare Hotline to verify member’s coverage on behalf of Commercial Payers

Will be working independently while calling Medicare hotline continuously throughout the shift. Contractor must be able to listen to a recorded line and type coverage information into our internal system.

Specific Duties:

1. Call Medicare Hotline to verify member's coverage and eligibility dates.
2. Update member's Medicare coverage along with eligibility dates in an internal system

Shift Start/End Time: Available to work between 7am - 6pm

Pay: $16/hr

Must have qualifications/experience:
1. High School Diploma
2. Customer Service Experience
3. Call center experience

Shift Start/End Time: Available to work between 7am - 6pm
