Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill Customer Service Rep - Senior in KINGSTON, NY!

Specific Duties:
1. Provide excellent customer service
2. Constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards
3. Respond to complex customer calls
- Resolve customer service inquiries which could include:
- Benefit and Eligibility information
- Billing and Payment issues
- Customer material requests
- Physician assignments
- Authorization for treatment
- Explanation of Benefits (EOB)

Must have qualifications/experience:
1. 2 plus years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
2. An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED OR 10 years of equivalent working experience
3. Authorization to work in the United States
4. Available to work 40 hours per week anytime within the operating hours of the site
5. Prior stable work experience
6. Moderate proficiency with Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
7. Ability to navigate a computer while on the phone
8. Ability to multi-task, this includes ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product
9. Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive

Shift Start/End Time: Shift Start/End Time: Anytime between 8am-8pm est., depending on the needs of the business
