Customer Service Representative to work with well known healthcare company to aide members in refills of prescribed medication and coverage allowed under specific insurance programs

Responsibilities Include:
Assist members with procuring refill/renewal orders for medication
Handle high volume inbound calls
Triage member issues

Skills Required:
Solid over the phone communication skills
Basic MS Office skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience Required:
1 year call center experience
1 year customer service experince
Able to adapt to multiple shift needs

Experience Preferred:
Knowledge of medical terminology, knowledge of prescribed medications, and medical insurance types

Education Required:
High School Diploma/GED

Specific Duties:
Answer inbound phone calls

Assist members with procuring refill/renewal orders for medication
