Customer Service Rep - Senior

Job summary:
This is a support position in the Risk Management Department. The Candidate distributes incoming audit responses to team. The priority is answering live calls coming into the general phone line, and performing administrative functions related to office communications.
Specific Duties:
Mail, e-mail, phones and fax distributions to team members
Answer live calls coming into the general lines from employers, brokers, sales, and internal customer service areas
Maintain internal tracking database for assigned groups

Must have qualifications/experience:
2 or 4 year degree or equivalent work experience in health insurance and/or auditing
Strong insurance knowledge and background
Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of Small Business new business requirements
• Working knowledge of the PRIME system
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Exhibits strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle high stress situations and tight deadlines
• Maintain high standards of personal integrity
• Keyboarding skills in accordance with work volume and quality requirements
• Exhibits ability to identify and resolve problems
• Demonstrates excellent communication and customer service skills in a professional business environment

Shift Start/End Time: 8 hour shift - 7:30 - 5:00 Monday - Friday

Dress Code: Business Casual
