CSR/ HEALTHCARE- DIVISION
Shift Start/End Time: 40 hour work week Sunday - Saturday / 8 hour shift
Dress Code: Business Casual




Please PAY $15/HR

This is an ongoing need. potential to convert full time for the right fit.

Specific Duties:
1. Complete data entry for medical records
2. Outreach to providers to request medical charts for review
3. Maintain accuracy and completion of assigned work
4. Cross train and work in all processes when needed
5. Works on simple tasks using established procedures

Must have qualifications/experience:
1. High School Diploma / GED
2. 2+ years of data entry experience
3. Ability to type 50+ WPM
4. Previous experience working with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Outlook (ability to create, edit, save, and send documents), Microsoft Word (ability to create, edit, save, and send documents), and Microsoft Excel (ability to create, edit, save, and send spreadsheets)

The purpose of this position is to process requests for data by adding and correcting entries into a specific database or computer application. Responsibilities may include the following: Keeping track of received data and source documents. Compiling, sorting, interpreting and verifying data to be entered. Contacting prepares of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies or missing data. Enters alphabetic, numeric data for source documents into a computer following the format displayed on the screen. May review error reports and enter corrections into computer. File and route source documents after entry as appropriate. Respond to inquires regarding entered data.
