Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill Customer Service Rep – Senior in Towson, MD

Job summary:

Specific Duties:
1.Answers a high volume of inbound calls from members located internationally with less than 30 seconds
2.Make outbound calls to providers, members to communicate case status, or assist with billing arrangements
3.Answer electronic inquires from members and provide referrals, etc.
4.Work in a team environment with Assistance Coordinators to provide member details
5.Document member conversations using internal systems

Must have qualifications/experience:
1.High School Diploma / GED
2.1 year experience with customer service environment, call center preferred
3.Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
4.Basic knowledge of Microsoft word and using computers

Shift Start/End Time:

4) positions working: 9am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday
(3) positions working :11am to 8:30 Monday through Friday
(1) position working: 11am 8:30pm Tuesday through Saturday

Dress Code:
Business Casual
