Adecco is assisting a local premier financial services client in a search for

Senior Customer Service Representatives


West Des Moines IA 50266
Pay Rate: $18.18 per hour
W2 Contract: 3 months


Job Summary:

The successful candidates will process complex financial Post Issue Deceased Claim notifications received from beneficiaries. You will review, analyze, resolve and send out correspondence in regards to deceased claim notifications received. Some daily job functions may require minimal outbound phone communication to client’s customers.

Training: 3-5 days of training depending on previous skill knowledge or ability to grasp new tasks.



Follows procedures to process deceased claim transactions Corresponds with agents, beneficiaries, and other departments regarding pending cases


Responsible for the accurate handling and timely execution of Deceased Claim cases


Must provide an elite customer services experience


Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience


Ensure transactions are processed on our administrative systems accurately and in a time frame considered suitable by SEC and client guidelines


Report any potential fraudulent, money laundering, or unethical requests that have been reviewed


Performs other related duties as assigned or required
Must Have:




High School Diploma or equivalent


2-4 years of relevant business experience


Strong oral and written communication skills


Strong Customer Service skills preferred


Working knowledge of insurance products and applicable policies, procedures, and guidelines


Shift: Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (with 1 hour lunch) 3-5 days training depending upon prior knowledge

**Must be eligible to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship / no corp to corp or 3rd party contracting arrangement / Adecco W2 only and not require relocation assistance.
