Customer Service Rep


Adecco is currently assisting a local financial services client in their search to fill an exciting Customer Service Representative role in TAMPA FLORIDA!

Contract duration: 6 months with the potential to extend


Pay rate: $17.00/hr.


RESPONSIBILITIES: Compiles and analyzes financial information for an organization. Processes, Reviews information received for good order. Understands & follows procedures & regulatory requirements regarding claim processing, privacy, etc. Performs limited research to properly respond to inquiries. Requires a bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Performs other duties or participates in special projects as assigned. Intermediate level competency in office software tools (word processing, spreadsheet, and e-mail), keyboarding skills, and Windows operating system environment. Demonstrated analytical skills, critical thinking skills, and decision making skills. Very good mathematical aptitude, Attention to detail, including and not limited to data entry. Exceptional written and oral communication skills, as well as exceptional customer service skills.



Must Have:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
Previous strong call center/customer service
