POSITION: Customer Service Rep / Tech Support
LOCATION: Port St. Lucie, FL
DURATION: 3 months

PAY RATE: $12.50 to $13.00/hour W2

Responsibilities
Assist with implementations involved a large numbers of support activities. Primary focus for this position are the technical skills including troubleshooting to drive incidents to resolution as quickly as possible to prevent interruption of business.Qualifications• 1 Year desktop technical support or related experience required• Troubleshooting and technical skills for desktop computers • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred by not required• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems• Ability to type 30+ WPM• Willing to help people • Very organize and ability to follow up• Team Player• Active listening skills• Communication skills • Attention to detail and ability to focus• Ability to work in an environment with little supervision needed• Ability to use Microsoft office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook• Ability to work in a moderately noisy, fast pace and changing environment• Ability to multitask Work ScheduleAvailability required from 7am to 8pm (M-F). Some hours may be required during weekends based on business needs
