W2 Contract 12+ months (M-F 7:30 am - 5 pm)
$13.76 per hour

Summary:






Summary: Responsible for interacting with customers to correct product registration concerns. These corrections will include address validation errors, missing serial number errors, and warranty lookup errors. Must be able to communicate effectively with customers by email and phone to complete corrective actions required.

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. Entry level to 2 years customer service related experience and office setting experience required.

Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage ones time. Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information. Strong organizational skills. Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and Explorer.
Major Responsibilities:
• Accepts product registration concerns through the Warranty Management System.
• Resolves each concern based on established guidelines
• Ability to clearly document reasons for changes to product registration and communicate changes to customers.
