Customer Service Rep – Warwick, RI

6 months (contract)

Monday – Friday 5 weeks Training Hours 8am – 4:30pm after must be able to work between the hours Monday – Friday 8pm-7pm

$14.82 / hr.



Specific Duties

  • It’s an incoming call center job for our Individual Disability department.
  • The individuals will speak to Agents and customers who have or service individual disability policies
  • They will take incoming calls, send e-mails, process bank changes, deliver policy info, billing info and claims status
  • We are looking for motivated, professional and computer proficient individuals who have a strong customer service and problem-solving background/skills
  • Performs a variety of administrative functions
  • Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and takes dictation
  • Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations
  • Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports
  • May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget

Must Have:

  • Requires a high school diploma with 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
  • Works under immediate supervision
  • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager
