ORDER ENTRY AND MAINTENANCE

PROCESS HARDWARE RETURNS
SUPPORT DAYTON TRANSITION OF ERP SYSTEMS TO ORACLE
ABILITY TO INTERFACE WITH CUSTOMERS TO ENSURE EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION/FEEDBACK ON ISSUES INVOLVING CUSTOMER ORDERS AND ASSOCIATED ACTIVITIES
FACILITATE COMMUNICATION THROUGHOUT THE ORGANIZATION AND ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
PROVIDE TIMELY RESOLUTION ON CUSTOMER INQUIRIES, RRESPONSIVENESS, AVAILABILITY, CUSTOMER ORDER TRACKING/REPORTING, RFQ SUBMITTALS AND STATUS, SHORT FLOWS (EXPEDITES), AOG/SPARES
DEVELOP EFFECTIVE CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS TO MAXIMIZE THE MARKET AWARENESS AND UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER NEEDS
INTERACT WITH MANUFACTURING, ENGINEERING, QUALITY AND, OTHER SUPPORTING ORGANIZATIONS TO EFFECTIVELY RESOLVE POTENTIAL CUSTOMER ISSUES ON A PROACTIVE BASIS
PROVIDE CUSTOMER WITH CURRENT ORDER STATUS AND ADVICE MANAGEMENT OF FORSEEABLE PROBLEMS IN A TIMELY MANNER
DRIVE INTERNAL CHANGE TO STRENGTHEN CAPABILITIES AGAINST CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS
UNDERSTAND THE CUSTOMER’S BUSINESS AND CONTINUALLY STRIVE TO MEET THEIR NEEDS
ABLE TO ACCURATELY PREPARE BUSINESS LETTERS, SUMMARIES, REPORTS, AND PRESENTATIONS USING PRESCRIBED FORMAT AND CONFORMING TO ALL RULES OF PUNCTUATION, GRAMMAR AND STYLE
PROFICIENT IN VARIOUS COMPUTER APPLICATIONS, ie: EXCEL, POWERPOINT, WORD
