Summary
The Marketing specialist of Marketing Automation has two primary responsibilities within the marketing team:
1) To manage marketing automation programs including the design, build, execution and optimization of customer and prospect campaigns.
2) To work closely with members of the marketing team as a key strategic contributor to deliver highly effective lead generation, customer nurture and demand generation programs that positively impact ROI.

This role will collaborate with the extended corporate team to adopt industry best practices with regards to digital automation to help consistently meet and or exceed mutually agreed upon Key Performance Indices (KPIs).

Key Skills:


Responsibilities:

• Analyze and monitor client Audit Readiness and provide analytics
• Management of client state job board Accounts
• Coordinate with state job board representatives to resolve account related issues
• Lead new client onboarding process as part of the Customer Experience Team
• Support the development of current Compliance methodologies, documentation and procedures for continuous improvement and efficiency
• Coordinate and support internal teams in various areas


Required Skills and Experience:

• High School/ Associate/Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required
• Strong Customer Service, time management, critical thinking and Organizational skills
• Self-motivated, ability to work independently and good interpersonal skills
• Pro-active problem solving
• Requires previous customer service
• Skills equivalent to 6-10 years in comparable position.
