Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative job include:


  • Use computer system to send invoices and track cargo deliveries for various customers
  • Ability to trouble shoot, resolve customer issues and find information as needed for a pleasant customer experience
  • Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company while maintaining high level of customer service
  • Refer unresolved customer issues to designated call center department or supervisor for further investigation




  • College Graduate Preferred
  • Minimum 1 year work experience
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite a MUST
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear, calm, and diplomatic matter
  • Able to work in a team environment
