Adecco is partnering with a local company in Augusta, GA for a Customer Service Rep, Job Scope:

Produces consistent customer and financial growth through effective lending and sales practices, with an emphasis on customer service. Achieves targeted financial results through the proper execution of company policies, procedures and lending programs. Complies with all federal, state and local regulations.

Specific knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Prior sales and customer service experience preferred
• Experience in handling cash and taking payments
• Demonstrated ability in problem solving and negotiations
• Demonstrated success establishing referral partners that lead to sales increases
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Mon-Sat (5 day work schedule)
Hours are 9:30-10am to 7pm
Answer phones, greet customers, help customers with their applications, data entry, taking payments
