Customer Service Representative

Type:                      Full-time (40 hours / week) contract
Length:                  6 months
Pay:                        25.00/ HR
Shift/Hours:          M-F 8A – 5P
Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative job include, but are not limited to:
  • Customer Support (available for team to pass off non-revenue generating support issues)
  • Manage Inbound email boxes (SLG/FED)
  • Answer inbound calls- return voicemails
  • Manage customer tax issues
  • Host customer calls with SE (ie: ABM integration, Account Introductions, OS Support, PS, Leasing, Refresh, etc.)
  • Reseller Introductions
  • CRM transition management (Accounts flowing from Retail Business (TRIBES, INTEGRATORS, etc.. )
  • Work with Engagement Team to align channel and pricing in CRM
  • Work with Contracts Team to update ADCA and GMACC status
  • Support GovSSO with customer online guidance for ABM alignment
  • Marketing/Event Support
  • Uncover leads to pass to sales team
  • Educate Retail Business teams on Government Channel alignment
