Enrollment Specialist - Quit for life Agent. 

Using the highest standards of customer service, this Enrollment Specialist position is the initial point of contact for enrolling callers in our tobacco cessation program, Quit for Life, which has over 30 years of evidence based success. During the call, you provide information about program, enroll them, and then transfer to a Quit Coach to get them started. In addition, you also provide information to the general public and/or transfer return callers/enrollees to their Quit Coach.

Specific Duties: 
1. Agents will spend 6-7 hours a day on the phone talking with participants both inbound and outbound about the Quit for Life Program 
2. Ability to handle a high volume of calls 
3. Specialists apply excellent active listening skills and demonstrate ability to effectively communicate 
4. Demonstrate ability to sell a service or product effectively 
5. Agents demonstrate high attention to detail 
6. Demonstrate dependability and professional demeanor 
7. Demonstrate ability to manage various technologies 

Required Qualifications: 
1. High School Diploma/GED 
2. 6+ months Customer Service experience 
3. Must be able to navigate a PC to open applications, send emails, and perform data entry 

Preferred Qualifications: 
• 2+ years Tobacco and Nicotine free 
• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) 
• Experience working in a Call Center environment 
• Experience in a Clerical or Administrative Support related role 
• Bilingual with English and Spanish 

Shift Start/End Time: Shifts are 5 days a week, 8.5 hours long between the hours of 6:00am-8:00pm PST Monday through Friday. First 4 weeks of onboarding and training will be 8.5 hours between 8:00am-6:00pm PST.
