Customer Service Representative


Adecco is assisting a client located in Beloit, WI in hiring a Customer Service Representative. This role would be on 1st shift from 8:30am-5pm Monday-Friday. 

Job duties for a Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:

  • Taking customer orders over the phone
  • Researching customer complaints and resolving issues
  • Entering orders into the accounting system
  • Customer warranty/complaint calls
  • Must be knowledgeable about business and products of company over time
  • You must meet the following qualification for a Customer Service Representative role:

  • Ability to type 55-60 WPM
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Good phone skills and enjoy talking to customers
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Experience with Microsoft GP Dynamics a plus
  • Previous customer service experience is required
