CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Adecco is assisting a local company, recruiting for Customer Services Representatives in Shreveport, LA. This position is a temp to permanent opportunity!

Responsibilities for Customer Service includes but are not limited to:

  • Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Assisting clients in updating account information, taking orders and maintaining proper documentation of customer needs.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  •  

    Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Customer Service positions:

  • Previous experience in a professional level customer support role
  • Proven track record in customer service
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Strong data entry and excel skills
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Passionate about success
