Customer Service Representative

Adecco is looking for a internal customer service rep, who can conduct the following.

This position is an internal customer contact point for service and information regarding prices and availability. This position provides support for customers, including but not limited to preparing quotations, processing orders, arranging deliveries, invoicing and processing product returns. It is the responsibility of this position to ensure that all inquiries are addressed completely and all transactions necessary to support the quote and order fulfillment process meet customer expectations.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use their hands, talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and outside weather conditions. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Requirements include (Bachelor Degree) from an accredited college or university, related experience and/or training with a proven track record of success, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; strong mechanical aptitude and a focus on continuous learning.
